Three McIntyre Tate LLP Attorneys to Present at National Business Institute Course

Next month, Attorneys Stephen M. Prignano, Robert Parker, and Robert Sgroi will be a featured speakers at "Advanced Issues in Family and Divorce Law," a 2-day practical course presented by the National Business Institute (NBI). Attorney Prignano's segment, titled “Advanced Discovery and Evidence in Divorce,” will cover a range of topics on the subject, including tracking down hidden assets, depositions, discovery abuses, and e-discovery. Attorney Robert Parker will present “Ethics in Family Law,” which will address conflicts of interest, confidentiality issues, and other divorce pitfalls. On Day 2, Attorney Robert Sgroi will present “Unmarried Couples/Domestic Partnerships/Same-Sex Marriage” which will focus on the SCOTUS same-sex marriage ruling, co-habitation agreements, and other topics.
