    Laura is a Partner at McIntyre Tate. Prior to joining the firm, Laura was an associate at the venerable law firm of Atwood & Cherny, P.C. in Boston, Massachusetts where she practiced matrimonial law exclusively. As a Rhode Island native, Laura was eager to return to Rhode Island and joined McIntyre Tate in August 2015.

    Laura has been named a Rhode Island Super Lawyers’ Rising Star since 2017. In her brief time practicing in Rhode Island, Laura has already successfully argued two cases in the Rhode Island Supreme Court with significant precedential import in family law. Laura focuses her practice in all areas of matrimonial law including divorce, child custody, spousal and child support, premarital and post-marital agreements, and post-divorce matters.
