
Marianna Nava

Marianna Nava is an Associate Attorney at McIntyre Tate LLP focusing her practice on family law. She represents clients in divorce, custody, and post-judgment matters, with experience in both negotiation and litigation.
Originally from São Paulo, Brazil, Marianna earned her bachelor’s degree from Providence College. She graduated from Roger Williams University School of Law cum laude, where she was a member of the Moot Court team and served as a teaching assistant in Property Law and Legal Writing.
During law school, Marianna was one of four students nationwide selected as a Federal Magistrate Judges Association Fellow. She gained legal experience through internships with Magistrate Judge Judith Dein in the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts and Associate Justice Elizabeth Ortiz at the Rhode Island Family Court.
Marianna is licensed to practice law in Massachusetts and Rhode Island and her practice is focused on providing clear, organized, and practical legal solutions for individuals and families navigating complex family law issues.
